APPLICATION PROCESS
SCHEDULE A VISIT TO CAMPUS
The best way for your student to see what student life is like at OCA, is to visit us. As a first step in the admissions process, we ask that all prospective students set up a tour or shadow day at Ozark Catholic. We can schedule tours for students and families most weekday afternoons. We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, we are coming up with the best way for students to have modified shadow days. If that is something you are interested in, please let us know so we can discuss all options. On a typical shadow day, your student will arrive in the morning and spend the day with an OCA student mentor. Students will also have a brief interview with a member of our Admissions team.
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Step 1: Submit your Online Application
After your visit to OCA, you can complete your application on our online application portal. You will need to submit a $150 Application Fee. You can pay this online through the portal, with check, or with cash. Visit the button below to begin the form.
You can access the online parent application through the button below. When you click on the link, you will be asked to make an account within our online application portal. Once your account is created and verified, you can begin the application.
Step 2. Recommendations and Records.
Fill out the recommendation forms and request for records form and turn them in to your current school. You will submit two recommendation letters from teachers from your student's current school.
If you have limited access to the internet, you can still request a paper copy of the application by calling our school office.
SCHEDULE FAMILY INTERVIEW
Once you have submitted your application, please contact the school office to schedule a mandatory family meeting with a member of our Admissions team, We ask that both parents and the prospective student attend this meeting.
ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT
